No, Astoria Plaza is NOT an accredited COVID-19 isolation facility but a multiple use hotel. Our hotel is allowed to accept bookings from guests who are awaiting their RT-PCR test results. Once the test results are released, all quarantine guests are accommodated by the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and the Department of Health (DOH).

Astoria Plaza is located at 15 J. Escriva Drive, Ortigas Business District, Pasig City, Metro Manila 1600.

Yes, we do offer buffet services for checked-in and walk-in guests. Kindly refer below for the buffet rates:

Yes, we do offer airport transfers. For us to accommodate your request, directly contact our Reservations Team at rsvn@astoriaplaza.com at least a week before arrival. Thank you.

Please contact our Front Desk directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so your item has been likely found and stored properly by our Housekeeping Team.

Our Fearless Frontliners sanitize each area of the hotel, including our pool, restaurants, and gym. We make use of medical-grade solutions and state-of-the-art disinfecting equipment to kill viruses and bacteria.
